Join us for Body Positive Power Hour, a beginner-friendly, heart-pumping workout designed to energize your body and boost your confidence in a fun, inclusive, and judgment-free space! This $15 class is perfect for all fitness levels and focuses on celebrating what your body can do. Bring plenty of water, wear comfortable workout attire, and come with an open mind ready to move, sweat, and feel amazing.
